Delicious Shirataki Noodles Recipe for Cheesy Noodles
This recipe for cheesy noodles is a favorite in the EMC2Health.com offices. It goes quickly and is delicious with added grilled chicken or protein. As with all Miracle Noodle recipes, be sure to rinse the low carb noodles well and squeeze out any excess water. Rinsing well will remove any odor, and draining will help the noodles to not “weep” water into the prepared sauce.
1 -2 Bags of Miracle Noodle Pasta (select your favorite shape)
1 Tbsp butter
3 oz evaporated milk
½ tsp dry mustard
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
Open package of Miracle Noodles and place into colander. Rinse and drain Miracle Noodles well. Put Miracle Noodles into a non-stick skillet and cook in medium heat for about 1 minute or until excess water has evaporated.
Add butter into the skillet with Miracle Noodles. In a small bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, dry mustard, salt, and black pepper. Then add the mixture on the Miracle Noodles. Add cheese to the Miracle Noodles. Over low heat continue to stir until creamy.
For a fresh noodle taste, rinse the Miracle Noodles
well while they are in the colander and dry well. You will want to absorb any extra water with a paper or kitchen towel. Enjoy as many noodles as you desire because they have zero carbohydrates and zero calories!
