Directions for Using the Power Wheel for Abdominal Exercises

When you first begin using the Lifeline USA Power Wheel, you will immediately feel the impact. You should progress slowly, doing no more than 15 reps of each exercise at first. As your abdominal muscles get stronger, you will be able to do more reps and add more time to the workout with the Power Wheel.

Example Power Wheel Abdominal Exercises

We have provided a basic and moderate exercise description below. Check out these exercises and once you get a Power Wheel feel free to try them out.

Basic Power Wheel Abdominal Roll Out

  • Position your body in a traditional push up posture, with your arms directly under you and on the handles of the Power Wheel.
  • Slowly and while maintaining control, wheel the Power Wheel out in front of you until you obtain a posture similar to Superman with your arms straight out in front of you.
  • Hold for three seconds while maintaining control, then return to the starting position.
  • Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Reverse Power Wheel Roll Up

  • Position your feet on the pedals and strap your feet using the Velcro attachments.
  • Lie on your back with your legs straight and slowly roll the Power Wheel up towards you. Tighten your abdominals and buttocks as the Power Wheel moves towards you.
  • Lift your buttocks and lower back off the ground by pulling from the strength of the abdominals
  • Hold for three seconds, while maintaining control, then returning to the starting position.
